No shows will result in forfeiting the fee charged due to staffing if teacher is scheduled to be there.
Rules & Regulations

Set up and/or clean time must be included in initial rental request.

Rentals that exceed their approved rental time will be billed by the half hour.
-
No objects are to be suspended, attached, or affixed to ceilings, walls, or floors.

Food and/or drink is not allowed in dance rooms. Food and/or drink is restricted to the lobby area.

Alcohol is prohibited anywhere inside the Underground Dance Studio building.

Renter is responsible for cleaning and the removal of trash that results from event and/or class.

Renter is responsible for any damage done to facility and studio equipment during rental event. Renter will be assessed and charged appropriate fees in relation to damages.

Only service animals are allowed in the building pursuant to ADA regulations.

Volume must be kept at a decent level.

AC should never be turned to below 72.
-
AC should be placed on 78 when leaving.

No other persons besides the individual renting should be inside the facility.

Alarm should be turned on when leaving.

All lights must be turned off

Studio MUST be locked and key should be placed in the lock box.
All key codes and alarm codes will be sent once all payments and waivers are received and approved.
